Linken AI helps buyers submit enquiries and helps suppliers receive and respond to those enquiries. Linken AI does not sell products directly, process payments, guarantee stock, or guarantee supplier performance.
1. What Linken AI Does
Linken AI is a WhatsApp-based enquiry and matching platform. Buyers can send requests for materials, services, transport, machinery, rentals, contractors, tow truck support, and other local needs. Linken AI may use AI and admin review to understand the request, ask follow-up questions, identify the category, and notify suitable suppliers.
2. No Direct Sale on Website
Linken AI is not a normal e-commerce checkout website. Buyers do not buy directly from this website. Any price, quotation, delivery arrangement, payment, warranty, refund, quality issue, or service appointment must be confirmed directly between the buyer and supplier.
3. Buyer Responsibility
- Buyers must provide accurate request details, location, quantity, urgency, and contact information.
- Buyers should confirm supplier price, availability, delivery timing, product quality, and payment terms before proceeding.
- Buyers are responsible for deciding which supplier to use.
4. Supplier Responsibility
- Suppliers must keep company profile, categories, products, service area, contact details, and plan information accurate.
- Suppliers are responsible for replying honestly about stock, price, delivery, quotation, and service ability.
- Suppliers must not misuse buyer information or send unrelated spam.
5. Plans and Enquiry Limits
Buyer and supplier plans may include monthly enquiry limits, priority matching, saved history, staff accounts, analytics, or other features. Linken AI may update plan features, pricing, and limits from time to time. If a plan changes, we will try to communicate important changes clearly.
6. Admin Review and Platform Control
Linken AI admin may review requests, edit categories, pause suppliers, remove inaccurate listings, reject unsuitable requests, limit abuse, or adjust matching rules to protect buyers, suppliers, and platform quality.
7. AI Limitations
AI can help understand requests and suggest matches, but it may make mistakes. Users should check important details before making business decisions. Linken AI does not guarantee that every match is complete, correct, available, or the lowest price.
